Purchasing Division

The Purchasing Division is responsible for procuring supplies, services and equipment by obtaining the lowest possible price while ensuring the quality of the product or service. Other services the division provides Louisiana Economic Development include administering the Procurement Card program, maintaining stockroom supplies, maintaining contracts for lease and maintenance of equipment, office and parking space, administering petty cash, coordinating telecommunication management services and maintaining property control records.
