Human Resources Division

The Human Resources Division is responsible for developing, implementing and maintaining a comprehensive human resources program that includes but is not limited to the following: employee and pay administration, recruitment, selection and placement, classification analysis, safety, training, performance appraisal, discipline, affirmative action, personnel records management, organization management, orientation and policy interpretation. Human Resources is responsible for coordinating all benefit programs, including retirement, worker's compensation and insurance.
