Northeast
Northeast Louisiana is strategically positioned as both the center point and crossroads of the Mid-South, one of the fastest growing regions of the United States. Central
The Central region is the crossroads of Louisiana with a diverse economy based in agriculture and forestry, and a growing value in manufacturing supported by a strong government base including defense and corrections. Comprised of eight parishes located strategically in the center of the state, almost every major highway in Louisiana crisscrosses some portion of the region. Acadiana
Acadiana is located in southwest Louisiana, abuts the Gulf of Mexico, and is comprised of eight parishes - Acadia, Evangeline, Iberia, Lafayette, St. Landry, St. Martin, St. Mary and Vermilion. Bayou
The "Bayou Region" encompasses the parishes of Assumption, Lafourche, and Terrebonne. Bordered by the Gulf of Mexico, the region boasts a trained and exceptionally productive workforce that is the heart and soul of future industrial growth in the area. Southeast
The Southeast Region of Louisiana is made up of 8 to 10 parishes encompassing 4,860 square miles near the mouth of the Mississippi River and straddling the commercial transportation crossroads of the north-central coast of the Gulf of Mexico.
